Not Received PAN Card

Respected Sir/Mam,

I am Mangutte Krishnakant Ajit Bhauso. I had applied for PAN Card in January through the agent (dealer). Agent gave me the PAN number from Internet within 15 days after i applied and told me that i will get the PAN Card on my mentioned home address. My PAN Number is ASMPM-5743Q. But till date i havent received the PAN Card on my address. I also enquired at Post Office of my home town.

So. I request you to please do the neceessary things or give me the solution.
