1. my mother vide above quoted ppo is drawing family pension through sbi angul, orissa account no-001150070425.
2.presently my mother is drawing a pension of 2800/-, vide cda pension letter no-g1/m/f-19175 the pension was enhanced to 5300/- however angul branch has reduced the pension to 1922/- instead of increasing it, inspite of a number of persional visit to the bank and on two occasion after meeting the branch manager niether my mother has recieved revised pension nor the arrears.a copy of the cda letter mentioned was given to the branch manager however he said action will only be taken on reciept of the letter through bank channels.
3.i had given a copy of circular no-57 G1/C/0198/VOL-1/TECH DT 17 SEP, containing implementation of 6th pay commision for pre 2006 pensioners, no action even after 4 months has been taken.
4.on interaction with a number of defence pensioners it was revealed all were getting less pension and bank was having a indifferent attitude towards defence pesioners and it seemed bank was doing a favour in discahging its duty.
5.you are requested to look in to the matter and odred an enquiry in to the lacklusteral attitude of the bank staff and possible scam in distribution of less pension, please look in to the matter and save the agony being faced by the ex servicemen and widows drawing pension through sbi-angul, orissa, pin -759122
