Not received my mobile from ASC 471-434038

We have submit my mobile for repairing to gulati commumication, 90 bhagat singh market, cannaught palace new delhi 110001, on 5 march, delivery date given by service center on 21 march but not received my mobile.also visit 3 time but not given.his comments that your mobile is not coming from head office.kindly request to u pls confirm latest status of mobile
