Eceiving unwanted SMS

Activate DND is of no use. I activated it many times by START DND, still i am receiving the sms.

so, i myself did PDNC through http://pdnc.bsnl.co.in/registerPhnNoforDNC.aspx

This is also not working.

9448367662 9/8 12:05:24 PM Registered Data not sent to NDNC yet

Now i am fed up with this. Thinking abut changing bsnl to some effective service provider.
