Complaint against postpaid bill. Cell No.9793720099-Freedom Plan

Dear Sir,

I had sent my following complaint to following e-mail ID's 0n 09thSeptember'09,

mentioned in every bill format of Air-tel but there had been no response till date. I don't

know what to do. Can you help me to let Airtel Officials know my problem.

Reference to above subject, I Deepak Kumar Awasthi, resident of B-228, Rajajipuram- Lucknow-226 017, had very proud to be one of customer of your esteemed organization, one of the most reputed service providers.

I took, freedom plan and was satisfied for one semester. the problem started comming will renewal of the same plan. I received calls from Air-Tel to renew the plan before 31st July and avail discount of Rs.100/- on the plan amount.

2. On 31.07.09, I got my plan renewal done vide Cash receipt no.110919at your

Alambagh- Lucknow office by paying Rs.699/- cash against the freedom plan to

your representative Mr. Amar Srivastava- Cell No.9935084286. Also paid Rs.265/-

towards my monthly bill of July'09, vide receipt no.139821 dt.31.07.09.Thus my

due amount came to nill and I was well assured by Mr. Amar Srivastava that

my plan has been renewed.

3. My regular bills in past used to be only Rs.50/- or 60/- . To my surprise I

received a heavy bill of Rs.1, 173.26 to be paid by 11.09.2009. I rushed to

your Alambagh-Lucknow office and made several calls to Mr. Amar

Srivastava to correct my bill, but till date nothing has been done in this

regard.

Now, can you at your end settle this issue before due date & inform me with return mail, of the amount I really have to pay to Air-Tel against my usage, which as per my calculations of the usage charges, should not be more than Rs.60/- against bill no.944141399 dated:24-Aug.

I am sure that delivery of responsibility to customers is your best & prime objective.
