Wrong debit

Dear sir/Madam

I did the shopping from Brand Factory, Bangalore, We swapped the card

there but it gave the error at that time, We did the cash payment at

the moment. But the amount was still deducted twice from our account.

I gave to our bank in writing but still I have not recieved my money back.

It has been approximately two and half month gone, It is a big

harrassment to a customer. You are requested to return the money as

early as possible.

The letter given by the brand Factory is being forwaded to U.

The Amount has been debited twice for the value of 3377 *2

For the Above transaction, we finally received cash from the customer

Kindly take this above details and do the need full to the customer, on is claims, KINLDY REVERSE THE SAME
