Central bank of India/ Non reciept IPO money
Non reciept of refund of public issue

I had applied for shares of central bank of india by paying 18360 rs through draft no219106 of state bank of india liluah branch. My form no of ipo is5 1654195, client ID -11522928, DP.ID in 300484 of Axis bank. the form was diposited at Microsec kolkata. please solve my problems. I had written letters and E mailed to central bank of India to its compiance officer and company secretary and also talked several time and also asked state bank of india to issue duplicate draft. SBI had did correspond with them; but no use.
