I want to complaint about the lazy system of customer care - Central Railway. I was making call to customer care of Central railway regarding my Parcel which is not received yet but no one has picked my call. I request to the person who is reading my complaint letter that please take some steps in this regard. I think these kind of people are not working seriously. If railway has it s customer care then somebody will be there but no one picked the call. I also visited KALYAN station Parcel department and asked them to my parcel which has been reached in mumbai on tuesday, 16/11 but they didn t take interest in this regard and didn t check my parcel receipt, Without checking my slip they asked we have not received your parcel. It s too bad because we are talking about Developed Nation - India... and we don t know our responsibilities. They should be track my parcel with my parcel slip no. but they didn t do that. They think that they are government and no one can t do anything against them. Please do something in this regard my contact no. is - 9892833427.
