With reference to the above, I wish to inform you that, I was paid the entire due of Rs. 15610/- as shown in my my account as per bill dated 4.11.2008. You are blocked my Savings bank account with ICICI, Teynampet Branch, Chennai - 18 . I was paid the entire due in my account. Due to my family as well as religious commitments I am not able to operate the icici account. Only 2 instalments are due the same has to be paid whenever I receive the bill every month.

Due to my commitments as mentioned above, Kindly release my account as early as possible.
