Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you that I have bought a Compaq laptop from Century Computers, Parivartan Chowk, Lucknow. and a reliance Netconnect from the same shop on 15th-April'09
I installed reliance broadband on my system and it worked only for a day or two. I informed Century Computers regarding this, and they asked me to format the system..I handed over my system to them and after formating they gave me saying, it will work properly... however result was same..I went back to them and they again formatted my systm... this process repeated several times resulting Same.
They suggested me to visit service center of HP, I went to them and they returned me back to the Century Computers..
At the end of the day, my system i not working and no one is ready to take its responsibility.
kindly Suggest...
