Seat Covers are unstable

Hi

I bought two pieces of 2067 Charisma One Piece EWC (concealed 'S' trap)

Seat cover of both of them are not working properly. Seat cover are not fitted properly and are always unstable

I have already lodged a complaint regarding the malfunctioning in their seat covers twice.

After repeatedly mailing to cera customer care

there is no response from the cera
