We had on 15.4.2011 bought a Cera Almond Brown closet S Trap with seat cover and set for Rs. 7935/- from Monark Designer Bath Plot No. 62 sec. 23 Bank of India Rd Turbhe Navi Mumbai 400705 . The closet commode till today is not usable as the seat cover hardly stands straight. We had called the service centre, the Monark Designer Bath as well as forwarded emails to "Cera" copies attached below but no one seems to be least bothered that Senior Citizen like my husbands complaints is being left unattended till date. We are not in s position to use a commode bought on 15.4.2011 till date

In spite of all the mails which can be seen below the Cera has so far not bothered to attend to our complaints. Just image a Co. of your reputation is still to make usable a commode which was bought on 15.4.2011. Just tell me what should be done in this issue when can we start using the commode. What is your company doing about this. If this Cera has no idea how to make a commode seat why are they into this business. Will you refund the money so that I can go in for Parry ware or some such reputed co. It is shocking the way youll are handling the issue. Till date you are not in a position to fix the same despite our repeated appeal.

Please see my mail in this regard which was forwarded to you on 21.4.11 . Till date the commode is not usable. Ispite of informing all the details and also that the commode bought on 15.4.2011 is not fit for usage on 26.4.2011that is till date the management amd Co. seems to be hardly bothered. The only effort made by the Co. is that they send a plumber who appears to be not in a position to repair the same. The commode when it came also was in such a sorry dirty state with a lot of dirt and pigeon shit all over the commode and now the plumber states that he is not in a position to do anything about the same as the seat cover is not the one which should come alongwith the commode of this type. Will Cera Co. hold itself responsible for the type of service that they give or should we go to the press. Why does the supplier recommend Cera as first class after sales service when even after 11 days the commode is not usable. How far can the customer be made to suffer for choice of your product. If this is the after sales service what can we expect in future. My former mail in this regard can be seen below

We had gone for Cera in place of a reputed co. after hearing that after sales of this Co. is superb. If this is the after sales service I am astonished. Pl. attend to the defects or replace the same.
