This is to bring to your attention CESC's new way of depriving its customers of the services that it offers in public. I am talking about CRES service. I have been requesting them over phone for sending me fresh form as the money that lies with my CRES account is about to be exhausted soon. There is hardly any response from them.
This is to inform you that I shall not be held responsible for any non- or late payment of bills due to unavailability of money in the account. I wonder whether all this is done deliberately.
I hope you will take appropriate action at the earliest.
