CRES A/C. No. 00008511

Cheque No. 710395 dt. 05.09.09 amounting Rs. 5, 000/- drawn on HSBC.

The above cheque was deposited at UBI, Golpark Branch, Kolkata on 08.09.09 along with Application No. J126987 for crediting in my above CRES A/C.

But we find that the amount has not been credited yet to my account. On further investigation it was found that the amount has been credited to some othe A/C. No. ZDA 201763.

The matter should be investigated immediately & Rs. 5, 000/- should be credited to my CRES A/C. without any further delay.
