Non delivery of speed post

Complaint about non delivery speed post

Dear Sir,

An article was dispatched on 22.11.2011 from mumbai by speed post vide acknowledgement No. EQ824277033IN . to Jind (haryana) and today is 03.12.2011.

Still I do not received the same at my end and nobody from the Postal department is worried about it.

We suppose the Speed post is doing work with speed but there is 10 days has passed and nobody from the Jind office is aware about the status.

then what is the need of the persons who are sitting over there and the phone numbers for complaint given on site is either switched off or only ringing then why the Govt is paying the bills of those phone which are meant for customer complaints without attending.

really it is very much upsetting and it is a moral of us to not use the services of Postal department where the common man is being harassed.

Sir, pls look into.
