I hired a 7-12 seater contract carriage from Pathankot to Khajjiar on 24th January. While we were crossing the TUNNUHATTI BARRIER the carraige was challaned for not carrying the permit to Himachal.
The driver was not carrying money and borrowed an extra 500 rupees from us in lieu of his PERMIT, which he deposited with us on condition that he will return the money and take the permit back from us while returning. The following is the information:
