Non delivery of letters posted at delhi

We are a firm of chartered Accountants and sending plenty of ordinary letters to Income Tax Department, CPC, Post Bag No.1, Electronic City Post Office, Bangalore-560100.We have posted many letters during the last 3-4 months. While appreciating the Postal Dept.for delivering each & every letter at Bangalore, which are responded by IT Dept. on the net, We have only one complaint of either non delivery of letter at Banalore or non lifting of the said letter from the letter box placed at Nehru Park, New Rajinder Nagar New Delhi-110060 .This letter was posted abount 10 days back. Post office Dept is requested to look into it.
