I am from Pollachi from Coimbatore District, I Have Pure it, the product was good. But the filter wants to be replaced after few days, so we have given a call to the customer service but there is no response after several calls, it’s now three months the product is lying idle, waste of money. Every time If its told that the person will come to replace it, but it’s not replaced yet. If the company don’t have the required manpower to handle such type of issues, why it’s cheating the public. I have coupon for Free Filter (But that also cheating). No one is responding and I need to replace the filter.
