Bank Manager is nunnecessarily troubling: Not received Debit card Cheque book Internet banking details

Hi,

I have saving account in State Bank Of India, Morar branch [ 04661 ]

From last one month I am requesting for Debit Card, Cheque book and net banking for the same account.

I don'nt know why Bank Manager is not doing his job properly. whenever i use to go there, he use to ask me to wait for n hour or so and it continues for 2-3 hrs and after that he use to ask me to come to bank next day.

Number of times I have visited the bank but did'nt get my work done.

Please do the needful.

I don'nt know why these bank managers in gwalior are behaving as if they are PM of india.
