New connection

Dear sir,

I am recently married and applied for Ration Card. My name and my spouse name been deleted from the ration card and applied for a new ration card. I had given a small receipt with the official seal from civil supplies corporation.

I had applied for the new connection in chella gas agency and given the receipt to them to get the same. The gas agency refused to provide me the connection. They need the deletion ceritificate from the old ration card. As per civil supplies corportaion the deletion certificate will no longer be provided and all the civilian data's been updated in computer (Single database).

Right now I am not in a position to get either new connection nor the deletion ceritificate to get a new connetion.
