Shouting at customer and irreponsible respone

I had called up "CHENNAI CALL TAXI" at 6.00a.m in the morning to make a booking. gave address and contact details. The taxi was to come at 7.30 since there was an important meeting scheduled at 9.00a.m. At 7.45 i called up chennai call taxi to find out why no one had come so far. Then they took a fresh booking (Whatever happened to the initial booking!!) I was told that the taxi will come in 15 minutes. After about 20 minutes i had to call up again. This time i was really agitated as it was getting late. The person who attended my call put me hold for close to 5 minutes and did not return. I called back and shouted at them and got the taxi drivers number. I was told by the taxi driver that he was informed only at 8 and that he can come only by 9.30. I called up chennai call taxi and shouted at the guy who answered my call for what they had done. This fellow landed up shouting back at me saying "This is what we can do. The taxi will come only at 9.30. Do what you can" and saying this he cut the call. He refused to give his name. It would not have taken me more than a few minutes to call another service provider. But why should i leave this issue. I know no justice will be got anywhere. If there is any forum where i can discuss this, please let me know. I have not seen any service provider treat a customer like this.
