Damage of goods in the transportation

Dear Sir,

I shifted my household goods from chennai to Hyderabad. I have done extra insurance for Rs1500/- for goods apart from normal insurance.

Consignment note : 00077, dated 14-Nov.

In the transport my household items damaged. This is due to the chennai packers and movers not taken proper care. They have not protected the goods from rain.

Pl. help me how i can compain in consumer forum.
