We had purchased an ac from Higloo in June fr approx Rupees 33000/=.
From the time it was installed, the cooling effect was very less.
We had repeatedly called Higloo / Yogaa Agencies to check on this. Every time they had come to repair the AC, they could refill the gas and advize it should be ok.
Finally after 1 1/2 year, due to continuous problem with the new instrument.
Every month a person had to come for repair it.
The complete instrument was dismantled and it was found the coil had holes in it which was causing leakage, preventing less cooling.
Now we have got information frm Mr. Xavier of Samsung (98410 02783) & Mr. Anand of Yogaa Agencies stating we need to pay for the coil, which cost approx INR 5000/= so that this is repaired.
I need to know what went wrong fr me as a customer to pay fr this, pls look into this urgently and help to service the customer urgently.
This is pending for more than 3 weeks.
