Hoosehold items transferred from Chennai to Delhi and Patna, not yet delivered to respective location

I have my household items to transfer from Chennai to Delhi and Patna LR No. 1795 and 1796.

The booking was done on 28/12 with advance payment of Rs.8000/-.

Even by today's date of 21/01, I have not received my goods. Despite my busy schedule I have to make regular followup, but no person of this company is telling me the status.

I am worried that the goods will be delivered to me ever.
