Fees Collected in Cash

I got my sons annual fee list. To my surprise I found Rs 15000 fee as two time payments in one single Qtr. But the entire amount is collected as cash and there is no proper reason given for extra charges collected. I request the govt authorities to regularise the payments only thro banks which will make the schools to follow some reasonable reason for collecting fees.
