Ful anf final cheque

Dear sir,

I alok bhatnagar have worked with HDFC BANK Limited Sarojini nagar, Newdelhi, after leaving the organisation I applied for my ful and final cheqe though the said company on 18 of august but sir til now i haven't got my cheque sir plz help me... my employee code is CA31969... and my address is house no 7d-4 near 84 ghanta mandir at shankar shiksha montassary school, Moradabad phone no. 7599340491.

I got the contact numbers of times through PF HELPLINE NO 02230752828 and 02230752829 but nobody picks up the phone...

Please help I am running helter skelter for the same
