I had purchase aveo u-va car in the month of april with CHASIS NO. MA6TF482M7H01659 & ENGINE NO. B12S17516002KA2 from your Agra (uttar prades, india) dealer Kalyan Auto sales.
during the first service on 8/10 it was found that a part name o2 sensor was out of order due to short of that part in the store the damage sensor was not replaced.
i was been told that the part will be made avaible within 7 days & that i will be informed about it. but till 40 days i was not been informed about the availability of the part, atlast i made the reminder to the dealer about it. At the time of my reminder i was been told that the part have been made available & they called me to get the sensor replaced.
it was really ridiculous to find that when i reached to them to get the part replaced they told me that they are again out of stock with the part, though the demand been made for the sensor was been made for my car.
it was really disguisting to find such a support after sales from the company like GENERAL MOTORS. till this time of my mail draft the damage sensor of my car is yet not been replaced.
