I had purchased new Chevrolet Spark PS in Jan. Recently I noticed in morning my car AC was not cooling, then I had taken my car due to nearest GM dealer in Chandigarh for inspection. After inspecting the car on day one they were not able to detect the cause but they explained that it looks small leakage you need to come again but on day 2 they told me that my car's AC condensor has major crack due to any stone hitting accidently. I have to replace it with new one costing 6000/- apprx. But I am not convinced as till last night it was working perfectly fine and secondly the metal protection under condenser is not bent at all. Secondly if that is the case then it seems design issue as well.
It seems complete case of not replacing part that is under warranty and harassing customer.
Pls fwd my complaint to GM MD.
