NOT RECEIVED THE VOTER CARD YET

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Voter Card (address: 4031, GALI DURGA CHAND CHOWK BAZAR MATHURA (U.P) 281001, Mob. - 09219556642) & all the formalities have been completed in Sept'08. we were informed that the Voter Card will be delivered by Oct'08 end.

My neighbours have received their Voter Card but I'm yet to receive the same. The polling date is coming after 1 or 2 months, kindly arrange to do the needful & Request you to arrange to deliver the same at the earliest.
