Policy Not Receive from last 3 months after clearing payment

Hi,

I have applied for medical policy for my self & my parents around 3 month back through employee of "Cholamandalam General Insurance Co Ltd".

Hemant Desai (9654508680) & Ashis (9810587740) at Delhi.

But till dated I haven't receive policy although complete chrges of policy are deducted from my account three month ago. Also whenever I am trying to contact these fellows, they just not picking up my call or say I will call back or the policy is ready & couriered bla bla bla...

I got fed up with such type of response from them. Hence I am writing to your department.

Please help me in sort out my problem.
