CIBIL had updated someone elses details of non payment of credit card on my account and hence i have been having issues getting credit card and car loan approvals. I realized this when the bank that i applied for car loan with came back to me wit hdetails saying that i have a pending credit card balance with American Express card.

I have never in my life have used this card and had disputed the same with the CIBIL team. They investigated and responded saying that they had posted this details on my account by mistake and will rectify. (i have an email from the CIBIL team on this)

I had asked them an update once the same is rectified and i have no response from them till date even after multiple requests. Its been more than a month now.
