Cibil has classified me as a defaulter on the complaint of citibank which was settled long back in 1997. amount is just 12000. i have availed and closed lot of loans after that. i have not cheated any bank but only banks have dissapointed me by their inefficient service. i was informed that even if i settle this amount with citibank, there is no surety that cibil will remove my name from defaulters list. i am a victim of unjustified business practices of this foreign bank for which cibil is a accomplice.what is the remedy iam having.
