I have been writing mails regarding my cibil rating and detail but they are just bothered to even reply. I have already sent them all forms/doc with Rs 142 but still not sending the details. They are just very callous towards the customers and are acting as gaurdian of the data of credit history. I personaly feel they should first improve themselves and than become gaurdians of other credit history
