Recently i applied for home loan which got rejected because they told in CIBIL report my name is reflecting as a defaulter. So after struggling a lot finally i managed to get the CIBIL report by paying Rs.142/- towards CIBIL, i was surprised to see because the report says i am holding aa Axis Bank credit card but in the borrower information there it was mentioned some other name. Same thing i discussed with CIBIL which they refused that they are not bothered about all this information and asked me to consult AXIS bank for the clearence letter. So now my headache started with AXIS bank i used to drive 4 to 5 mails daily in order to get reply from them. After 1 month i got a call from AXIS bank and they told your sal slips were frauded and so the credit card is in your name and again after some days i got one more call and they told that you are not the owner of the credit card. So i asked them to drop same thing in the mail so that i can proceed with my home loan because we need to produce this clearence bank to the respective loan bank in order to proceed our loan further but after that there is no reponse at all from the AXIS bank and i even complined to the CIBIL also i used to put CIBIL mail id whenever i used to drop mail to AXIS bank but there is no response from both of them.
In course of this time i lost lot of money and underwent lot of pressure from the builder to pay the amount as he is least botherd about the delay of the loan. Only GOD knows how i managed and stood hard and still fighting for the clearence letter.
Because of this type of misleading rules and iliterate people it makes to loose faith in India.
