Failure to provide credit report

Hello

I'd filled out a credit report request and made an online payment CIBIL Trans Union Score (Including CIR) (Rs 450/-) (Transaction ID: 23852270-CIBIL Registration ID: S0911006643 Date: 23-09). I'd sent my ID proof and Address proof (self attested) via simple post on 01/10 and then via speed post to the address mentioned on the website on 24/10.

But still today, I have not got my credit report
