Sub: Deduction of undelivered amount through ATM,

Resected sir,
I Y.Ramalinga Reddy serving in cisf unit NDRF Bn. arakkonam and having a saving bank account (salary) in your bank with SB A/C No.11080931035. On 30.0609 I had used my ATM card (No.6220180079300120056) to withdraw Rs 3800/- from the ATMs of the following banks, the details of which are given below:
01) AXIS ATM at Risala bazar Secundarabad (AP) Time 19.00Hrs RS.3800/- Which is undelivered.
02) ICICI ATM at Lothkunta Secundarabad (AP) Time 19.15 Hrs Rs 3800/- whichis undelivered.
03) SBI ATM at Alwal Secundarabad (AP) Time 19.50 Hrs Rs.3800/- which is also undelivered and while prossesing it shown that this ATM is out of service visit another ATM. Before it was working and when i used my card it was got this problem.
It was unfortunate that even after trying at three ATMs I could not wuthdraw the said amount but to my utter disappoint I found the amount has been deducted in the mini statement. It is my second experience with this type of problem. As iam on temporary duty at Secunderabad, Iam unable to be physically present at bank for query. So, i request you to kindly look in to the matter and take necessary and useful action to credit back the deducted to my account at the earliest as I am in financial crisis.
