UNABLE TO UPDATE ADDRESS

Dear sir,

This is reading my account no 5371403808, Citibank Suvidha account. I lost my ATM Card on 19th August. I Called Citibank Customer care, found that the address in my account information is incorrect ie the Zip on my address is incorrect, I spoke to a supervisor named NAZIA who guided me to change the zip code only and then Blocked my account for security purpose, and me a turn around time of 24hrs to get the zip code updated, and asked me to call them back on 20th August at 12.00pm, Taking her words I did call back on 20th August and found that my zip number still not updated.

Again Spoke to a supervisor by name YOGARAJ who promised me that by another 24hrs the Zip code will be updated.

And today being my third day still the zip code is not update.

Without right zip code the new card from citibank will go to a wrong address, and unit this change takes place I will not recieve a new card.

My Sisters Marriage is on 10th of September. And I am struck in this problem.

Please help me to get this problem sorted out.
