Haressment over the phone

I hold a Citibak card, which is the biggest mistake of my life. The call center guys start harassing me for the entire month.

I have been receiving calls from 022-66725800, 66725900, at least THREE times in a day!!! starting at 8:45 in the morning, which is ridiculous.

And the worse part is that they are giving missed calls and not even having the courage to speak to their own customers.

Please ensure that such harressment has been put a stop over. Despite paying the bills on time, why is citibank harressing us? Strict action should be taken against the bank for this unacceptable behaviour.

We request that the Consumer Grievance Court should immediately look into this matter and save all citibank customers from mental harassment.
