Citibank Credit Card (Autocard)
Billed for purchase not done by me

I have been billed for a purchase that has not been made by in the month of April. On noting the protest was lodged thru email and relevant Customer Declaration Form was submitted on 3rd April before the Card statement was generated. The Provisional credit was done till the amount was settled by the bank.

Even after 25 days i am still receiving SMS and emails, asking me to make the payment and repeated emails to Citi Bank failed to generate a result.

What to do??
