I have booked the Flat No. 20 in Bldg. No. 10. as above mentioned address (Ambarnath). I have made the payment of Rs. 1, 00, 000 in Cheque and Rs. 15000 in cash details are payment mentioned below. I have applied for HDFC Home Loan for RS. 4, 00, 000 they have rejected to provide the finance for above mentioned property. As per the conversation with Bank Manager the above mentioned property is not approved where as I am eligible for Loan.
At the time of booking Rahul has given the verbal confirmation that they have the approved this property by HDFC.
1) Cheque: RS. 5000 Dated: 14.08.08
2) Cheque: RS. 45000 Dated: 22.08.08
3) Cheque: RS. 50000 Dated:05.09.08
4) CASH: RS.15000 Dated 23.08.08
So I would like to cancel my booking and please refund my money as soon as possible. Please provide me confirmation that you will refund my money on
