Myself Nandini from Guwahati. I have a complain of my branch manager of Guwahati Branch Mr. Sujoy Baruah, I am working with Cititfinancial form last 1yr as a telecaller cum sales executive I am doing well in my job every time but still the attitude of my BM is not good towards me. He always shouts at me without any reason speaks slang words and even he speaks badly in front of my clients for which is came into depression and I decided to resign from duty just because of that person and this is not only happening with me but also with my other female colleagues and most of the female employee's left the organization just because of his behaviour. Since we don’t have any HR people out here at Guwahati we cannot share all these things and therefore logging the complain. Please help and take needful action against him if possible.
