Citifinancial Consumer Loan
Denying RC book possession

I have taken a two-wheeler consumer loan from Citifinancial Services working in Vadodara City, Gujarat. I have purchased Bajaj Two wheeler bike (Discover) and took a loan of Rs. 28000 from Cifitinancial in the first week of November. Now, I have paid all the outstanding amount of my loan account in last year. They gave me only Original Purchase bill of my bike and a receipt of amount paid. On asking about RC (Registration Book) book, they told me to collect it from Showroom which made the delivery of my bike in 2004. When I went to showroom of Bajaj located at Salatvada named A.S. Motors, they told a bank personnel have already taken away that RC book with them. But, now I come to know that HDFC bank has takeover Citifinancial bank and the branches of Citifinancial have closed in our city. Now, Whom to contact and where??? I am so frustrated please reply me.
