Dear Consumer forum,
This is to inform you I have purchased a bike on 06 Oct and it was financed by M/s Citi Financial, Ratan Floor O/P Motijhil, second Floor Kanpur. The loan No. was 6633189.The installments was paid through ECS (A/C No.10490349183) from State Bank Of India, Rail Bazar Kanpur. After paying of all installments when I went to the Bank (Citi Financial) to take the NOC, the bank is saying the acoount is not closed and you have to pay 324RS. more because of ur ECS was bounced and there was no balance in Feb-08 month to pay the installements and your bank (SBI) told us that there is no much balance so they are not able to pay them. But I have checked the record of bank and found there was a sufficiant balance in my account. When I asked Ms. Nivedita (employee of M/s Citi Financial) to show us any memo regarding the bounce of check, she refused to show us and replied the she is handling 50000 costomers and not able to help us. They have not informed me also before when the ecs was not cleared and there was no information came to me regarding that. After so many discussion she told us to go to Delhi costomer care office and showed us wrong attitude.
we are very much desparate from them and wanted to take necessary action against them
I would like to requset you to kindly help us and rectify our problem asap.
