Hi,
This is regarding the haressing phone calls that i and my family are getting these days
from city bank people, and their recovery agents.
Let me tell to your surprise that I dont have their Credit card, or havent taken any
loan from them, but still getting calls from them.
It so happened that in the company that I worked 1yr ago!!! their was a guy named Bhushan who happened to have taken a loan from CITY BANK, and he is now untracable. So
CITY BANK is calling all those people whom he had called, as they have his phone records.
Over 1000, people worked in my office and i dont have the phone numbers or addresses of each one of them. And i have left that company over an year ago!!!
When i told this to them, they didnt call me for some time. However now they regularly call up my home phone and haress my elderly parents asking for "Bhushans" phone number.
When they told city bank that they dont have it, they started threatening us and told that "You will have to pay the loan that he took because you gave the gurantee", however the truth is that i am not even aware of this.
Instead of talking to me and calling me on my mobile, city bank people regularly stalk and harass my elderly parents and i am fed up of this.
I am going to Boycott city bank and would request readers to do the same.
