Sir i have invested an amount of 130000/- on acount on monthly installment. they have just issued an receipt for the received amount and isued 8 pt dt.chqs. my first cheque is due in aug-17th but bounce and they ask to submit on 5/09 but it is bounced again and ask to call back on 15/09 but we foundmumbai office has been shtdown and police has taken the control over there,
Sir this is our hard earned money please take necessary action to recover our amount of deposit since they didnot paid us a single penny from the amount. or advise what to further. Please ask Maharashtra Govt. to take strong action against the defaulters and file criminal case against the owner to sell all their properties to recover our amount.
