This guy's name is Kaushik Kayshap.

He has a chat ID on almost every free Messenger service, here is the list.

He would ask you to work on some project, the work would be in modules, the initial work would be small for which he would make the payment, then he would make you do a bigger work and just not pay the dues that he promised for the work done.

He also has a website www.cizsoft.co.cc, checking the site now, IE8 says its a potentially risky site distributing malicious code.
