Forcing the counter executive to sell products on the roads

Actually my friend working in the above mentioned Outlet as C3 executive the Franchisee of the outlet is forcing him to go on the roads and sell the product, and from next month he is forced to sell full time on roads of reliance handsets and connections, i want to know is it the job of C3 executive or Fos or Promoters

Pls look into this and Do the needful

I was a reliance employee even i worked under franchisees in Bangalore web world express but i didnt face any such problems or harrassment
