it's on name of Sanjay Gawai, C/O- H S Bahirat, '275' Vishnu Smruti, Shivaji Nagar (gaothan), Pune

Earlier i was told name is mandatory to block the number. later adress was made compulsary. I told everything except room no.

this number was taken almost 3 years before, i don't recollect the room no now. i reside at Mumbai, just for sake of room no i can't go to pune now. the executive 'Bhushan; is not getting convinced now, he want room no also, else he says he can't block the number..now tell me before 3 years which room i was residing, how can i remember? it was on rental basis.
