I gave classic 762 handset on January 27th.2008 for repairing Which is under warranty, but the handset was classic 761was given to me on May 10th. My sim was useless for three months.

NOW, I HAVE GIVEN CLASSIC 761 HANDSET (ON MAY 10) WHICH I DONOT LIKE.I LIKE ONLY 762 HANDSET WHICH I HAD. REPLACEMENT MEANS REPLACE OF WHAT IT WAS IN THE PAST. INSTEAD OF CLASSIC 762, I WAS GIVEN 761. WHY???

NOW SHOPKEEPER SAYING THAT YOU PEOPLE (RELIANCE) HAS GIVEN HIM CLASSIC 761, SO HE GAVE ME CLASSIC 761. WHY ARE YOU CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMER?
Kindly help me asap. Validity of three months and free 700 minute (RIM TO RIM HAS BEEN ROBBED BY RELIANCE ITSELF)
