This is bring to your kind notice that we are received 1 Kg CLOBAZAM BP against invoice no – 0025 dated 02-04-09 from Cekem Corporation.
We regret to inform you that the material is supplied in a simple Polly bag which dose not maintain the Storage Condition (Store in cool dry place in well closed containers) which is mention on the packing slip.
So we request you to look in to the matter and reply us immediately
